innocent Muslim youths and implicate them in false cases.

All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has alleged that the Central security agencies especially the Intelligence Bureau (IB) works with the purpose of serving the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) ideology and in the process target innocent Muslim youths and implicate them in false cases.
AIMPLB Assistant Secretary General and spokesman MA Raheem Qureshi addressing mediapersons here on Sunday said, “We feel that the stability of present democratic and cultural polarity structure of the country is at stake and it is imperative duty of every citizen, community and group living here in India to inculcate the sentiments of truly upholding the principles of secular character of the State’s cultural plurality and duty towards country.”
Qureshi said for Muslims the personal law that is ‘Shariat’ is the family law and it  is an integral part of religion Islam. Therefore the Muslims be assured from the Government of India that there will be no interference in their religion Islam and attempts would not be made in the Shariat.
He said that other problem of the Muslims is in regard about the safety of their lives and properties. National Advisory Council (NAC) under the chairmanship of Congress president Sonia Gandhi drafted the ‘Suppression of Communal Violence Bill’ in 2010 but till then no attempt is being made to get this bill passed in both the Houses of Parliament. This bill places the responsibility of maintaining communal peace and of curbing communal tensions on the shoulders of administration and police.
The administration and police have been empowered to take action against those who create tensions by word of mouth and misdeeds and the officers of administration and police would also be punished under this bill for dereliction of their duties.
If this bill is passed as a law, the situation is certainly going to improve and create a sense of satisfaction in minorities and dalits of the country which will be helpful in strengthening communal harmony in the country,
